Our trip to the Bahamas was simply beautiful

There is no better vacation than the one spent with good friends

Lunch Date

I've been trying to eat healthy and drop a few pounds befor our trip to the Bahamas

We leave on Sunday morning...

That's not a enough time to drop the 30lbs I would love to lose...

I'll take what ever I get

I told my friend Lisa ... if I dont lose at least 1 lb tomorrow

I will cry and she will need to buy me somthing...LOL

Eating healthy does not  have to taste bad

I also got to share my lunch with the most handsome young man
