See What I Sea

I really needed to get out of the house for a while so I went down to our little front beach for a walk and take a few shots. It was a gray day and I couldn't find the water.

The tide was soooo fare out that the water almost missed the peer completely

I am amazed by these creatures...they look like aliens to me.

There wasnt much color to be found on the beach....
however there were a few things that caught my eye.
 Where is all the water?

Put a little color in your day

A Busy Day In Deed

Hi Friends
Today has been a very busy in deed. I really want to get some of my projects completed before the bad weather gets here. By tomorrow evening its going to be rainy and cold. That means I'll be stuck in side all weekend. Here are few pictures of what I got finished.

Do you remember seeing this white lamp?
I spray painted it ... I love it....I don't know how long I'll have it.
Come April , I'll be taking it to the antique sale in Round Top

The little table I painted found a home under the wall of fame.
This too will be going to the sale.

I also cleaned my porch and took all the cushions in to do a little sewing this weekend.

The sun was out and nice and warm today.
but tomorrow is another day.

I'm Hungry

All this painting has worked up a appetite

At Christmas my brother in-law made these yummy grilled veggies and balsamic vinegar sauce appetizers.
They are my new fav. thing to snack on.
His where soooo much better than these but I did the best I could.

The magic is in the sauce
It's really easy to make and you can use it on all kinds of veggies

Ginger
Good balsamic vinegar
Reduce until its a  creamy sauce....
I grilled the eggplant ,squash and red onion

Awsome!!!!

Our new shrits are finely here.
They turned out GREAT!!

 There 20.00 each plus shipping

I'v been very buessy around the studio getting my painting project finshed.
I'm so excited about this years show in April
If you would like to see whats going on around the studio check out my other blog  The Vintage Pearl

Until next time
Be blessed

I'm finally back, its been a great Christmas season but I'm glad to be home and behind my PC again. I hope all of you had a blessed Christmas and enjoyed your family as much as I did. I have alot of wonderful pictures of our time together and would like to share some of them with you guys. I picked out my most favorite pics.

Our sweet kiddo's invited Popo and Nana to stay at their home for Christmas Eve so we could wake up with them and share Santa with our grandson Christopher. Of course we couldn't wait for Christmas morning, we had to let Christopher open one box on the eve.
