Okay...He isnt a baby anymore

But he will always be my Baby

My college boy came home for a visit
He knows me so well.... He knows I like somthing sweet with somthing salty soooo he brought his sweet girl friend and his salty
laundry. lol

Here's The Buzz

Its sad...but we had no chose

We don't have a bee keeper in our area

so we had to call the"bee killer"

I hated to kill them but they had to go

The bees where attacking us as we went up our stairs

We tried to close them off and kill them naturally

but that didn't work.

"They didn't survive the ice age because they were  dumb"

We had to cut a hole in the flooring to get to the hive

We started with a small hole and had to keep cutting

First Day Of School

I was checking my face book yesterday morning like I do every day and found it was the first day of school for many of my friends. While I sipped my coffee I enjoyed looking at all the children getting ready for the first day of school throw the eyes of their mommy’s cameras. A sudden sadness fall over me, I realized this was my first time in 22 years to not send a boy off to school. I couldn’t help but remember the many new backpacks, tennis shoes, haircuts and by the way the hair will never look as good as it does on the first day of school…. lol

My DH was feeling my pain and said….”Let’s get out of here” We went to Port A to visit a friend and then off to Corpus Christi for a little shopping and then back to Port A for dinner on the water.

I have the best Husband!

My sweet hubby is building me a place of my own

I'm naming it after my lovely grandmother Pearl

 The laundry room will have to stay in my art studio

At least the laundry will get done

will be hidden behind the garage doors when

 I'm closed for the winter
