A Full Weekend

A Good Monday to all
Hope everyone had a good week end

Saturday was all about cleaning and washing clothes until about 2:00 when my DH and I took off for Austin for the second time this weekend. This time we met up with Boy #1 and his darling girl friend for a night on the town. We started with making a stop at the new apartments to get the Boys approval. He likes the place a lot; he feels he will be spending some time in the gym with his younger brothers. I am really looking forward to spending time with all three of my boys. From there our son and girlfriend treated us to dinner a Chewys.

Sorry my camera is about to go out on me and the pictures aren’t to clear. The kids have never been to the Pecan Street Festival before, soo that was a must for me. I love the arts and crafts as well as the music. We also drove around the capital and enjoyed the city lights as we lessoned to Jack Johnson’s new cd.

This made for a late night for us old foggies

We got home at about 11:30

Sunday was Boy #2’s Baccalaureate. It was very nice and yes Grandma and I cried as the boy took his walk. We all had lunch together at Roberts in Flatonia, it was wonderful food. After lunch I was pooped and had to have a nap.
At 6:00 we headed to Hallettsville for Boy #3’s band concert. Sorry no pictures. By the time we got home it was about 9:00; let me tell you I didn’t have any problems falling a sleep.
Until next time
love all, julia

Sounds like you had a great weekend. It is so hard to see our babies grow up and leave the nest... I honestly thought I was going to have a nervous break when my first graduated, then it was easier with the second, and by #3 I did better. Of course I have a 6 year old so that keeps me BUSY!!
