A Morning Will Spent

I spent some time with my darling mother in-law the other day rummaging though some of her treasures. OMG Lydia {mother in-law} has soooo many beautiful things she has collected along the years. She is the sweet one who taught me to garage sale hunt, dig for the one thing to-die-for at the bottom of the box, and never pay full price for something you can get at a second hand shop for a fourth of the price. Oh and lets not forget there is no shame in picking up a perfectly good chair someone has left out for the trash man.
I tolled Lydia of the Sweet Heart Swap I was participating in and she loaned me some vintage valentine’s card to photo copies for my box. She also said it was okay if I shared these pictures of her treasures with my blog friends. I truly have the sweetest Mother In-Law, she is someone that you could spend days with and never run out of things to talk about.

I just love the little elf, he doesn't look so little compared to the other things in the cabinet

There is something for everyone

These German rose coffee cups have been in this china cabinet for as long as I can remember

These beauty's are some of my favorite

Yes there is more!!

Dont you just love the sweet pink deer in the back?

This album was taken from someones trash, can you believe someone was throwing this treasure away?

My mother in-law still gets goose bumps when talking about this man.
hehehe
OKay this is creepy!!!

These were also salvaged from someones trash

This isn't old , but sure is preeeeety

This is the treasure closet, stocked full of vintage papers and photos
I hope you enjoy the trip to my Mother In-Laws, I love going there when the two of us can just talk and take our time reminiscing
